常見問題與防詐騙
現貨商品將於 1–3 個工作天內出貨,出貨後配送約需 3–5 個工作天(不含例假日)。
如遇節慶活動、物流高峰期或不可抗力因素(颱風、地震等),配送時間將順延。
出貨後系統會自動寄發「出貨通知信」,並提供物流追蹤編號。
依《消費者保護法》規定,消費者享有商品到貨後 七日猶豫期(含例假日) 的權益。猶豫期為「考慮期」並非「試用期」,商品需保持全新、未拆封、包裝完整狀態。

寵物用品屬於接觸性商品,一經拆封或使用恕不接受退換。
如商品有瑕疵或出貨錯誤,請於收到後七日內聯繫客服中心,我們將協助處理。
計算方式如下:
.超商取貨:以取貨次日為第一天
.宅配寄送:以簽收次日為第一天(含管理員/家人代收情況)
訂單成立後即進入系統出貨程序,無法直接更改內容或數量。
若訂單尚未出貨,可:登入會員中心 → 「我的訂單」→ 點選「取消訂單」,重新下單;或來信客服提供訂單編號協助取消。
※ 若訂單已出貨或進入配送流程,恕無法取消。
將商品加入購物車不代表已保留庫存。
商品庫存分配依實際「結帳完成時間」為準。建議儘快完成結帳,以確保購買權益。
登入會員帳號後,點選「我的帳戶」→「訂單查詢」,即可查看訂單處理進度、出貨狀態與物流追蹤資訊。
如有配送異常或延遲,請聯繫客服中心協助確認。
防詐騙宣導
為保護會員權益並確保交易安全,我們溫馨提醒您提高警覺。DOSIDO 絕不會以電話、簡訊或其他方式,要求您操作 ATM、提供銀行帳戶或信用卡資料。
若您接獲自稱「DOSIDO 客服」或「門市人員」的來電,表示「訂單設定錯誤」、「付款失敗」或「需辦理退款」等,請注意這均為常見的詐騙手法,切勿聽信指示。
  1. 提高警覺,勿透露個人資料 若接獲可疑來電,請勿提供任何個人或財務資料(如身分證字號、銀行帳戶、信用卡號或驗證碼)。請立即掛斷電話,並撥打 165 反詐騙專線查證。
  2. DOSIDO 絕不會要求您操作 ATM 我們絕不會致電通知您因「訂單設定錯誤」等理由需前往操作 ATM。如有疑慮,請於營業時間內聯繫 DOSIDO 客服。
  3. 請勿聽信指示前往操作 ATM 若在非營業時間接獲可疑來電,請勿聽信指示前往實體 ATM 或操作網路銀行。DOSIDO 不會在晚間、週末或假日致電會員處理帳務問題。
  4. 絕不透露信用卡或銀行帳戶資訊 詐騙集團常假冒客服或銀行人員索取 OTP 驗證碼。DOSIDO 不經手信用卡授權,所有付款資料均由合作銀行加密,請安心購物。
  5. 保護帳號安全,定期更新密碼 避免在公用電腦登入帳號,並定期更新密碼與防毒軟體。請勿點擊不明郵件或訊息中的可疑連結。

In-stock items will be shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days (excluding holidays).
Delays may occur during holiday events, logistics peak periods, or due to force majeure (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.).
A shipping notification email with a tracking number will be sent automatically once your order is dispatched.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, customers have a 7-day cooling-off period (including holidays) starting the day after delivery. This is a "review period," not a trial period. Items must remain brand-new, unopened, and in full packaging.

Pet items are contact products; once opened or used, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. Calculation starts the day after pickup or signing for the parcel.
Once an order is confirmed, it enters the shipping process, and contents or quantities cannot be modified directly.
If the order has not shipped, you can log in, go to "My Orders," cancel it, and reorder. Alternatively, email customer service with your order number.
※ Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
Adding items to your cart does not reserve inventory.
Inventory is allocated based on the exact time of checkout completion. We recommend checking out promptly to secure your items.
Log in to your account, click "My Account" → "Order History" to view processing progress, shipping status, and tracking information.
If there are delays or delivery issues, please contact customer service for assistance.
Anti-Fraud Notice
To protect our members’ rights and ensure the security of all transactions, we kindly remind you to stay alert.
DOSIDO will never contact you by phone, text message, or any other means to request that you operate an ATM, provide your bank account, or disclose your credit card information.
If you receive suspicious calls or messages claiming to be from “DOSIDO Customer Service” or “Store Representatives,” stating that your “order information is incorrect,” “payment failed,” or “a refund must be processed,” please be aware that these are common scam tactics. Do not respond or follow any instructions.
  1. Stay Alert and Do Not Disclose Personal Information If you receive a suspicious call: Do not provide any personal or financial details. Hang up immediately to avoid further communication. Call the official 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline of the Criminal Investigation Bureau to verify the information.
  2. DOSIDO Will Never Ask You to Operate an ATM DOSIDO will never contact you by phone to inform you of “order setting errors” or “refund operations” that require you to use an ATM or perform any financial actions.
  3. Do Not Follow Instructions to Use an ATM If you receive suspicious calls or messages outside business hours, please do not follow any instructions to visit an ATM. DOSIDO will not make calls to members during evenings, weekends, or holidays regarding payment issues.
  4. Never Disclose Credit Card or Banking Details Scammers often impersonate “customer service agents”. DOSIDO does not handle credit card authorization directly. All payment data is encrypted by partner banks.
  5. Protect Your Account and Update Passwords Regularly Avoid logging into your account on public computers. Update your password regularly. Do not click on suspicious links or attachments from unknown emails or messages.
