We currently offer international shipping to the following regions: Hong Kong / Macau / Singapore / Malaysia / Japan.

2. Shipping Method
International shipments are delivered via 7-11 Cross-Border Home Delivery.
(Please note: Store pickup is not available for overseas orders.)
3. Payment Methods
We accept LINE Pay, credit card payments (VISA / MasterCard / JCB), and Apple Pay.

4. Shipping Fee Calculation
There is no free-shipping threshold for international orders.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual product weight and will be shown automatically at checkout.

Delivery time refers to business days and excludes weekends and customs processing.
1. Hong Kong & Macau: 3–7 business days
2. Singapore & Malaysia (East/West): 4–7 business days

7. Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Due to the high cost and complexity of cross-border logistics, placing an order indicates your agreement with this policy.
• Please carefully review product size, color, and style before checkout.
• All international orders undergo a double inspection to ensure product quality before shipment.
8. Important Notes for Entering Recipient Information
• Please ensure all recipient details (name, address, phone number, postal code) are entered correctly.
Incorrect information may lead to misdelivery, delays, or failure to deliver, and any related costs must be borne by the buyer.
• Import duty rules vary by country. If your order exceeds the duty-free amount, customs charges will be borne by the buyer and collected by the local carrier.
• If a package is refused without a valid reason, the buyer remains responsible for the order amount and all associated shipping fees.
