Anti-Fraud Notice
To protect our members’ rights and ensure the security of all transactions, we kindly remind you to stay alert.
DOSIDO will never contact you by phone, text message, or any other means to request that you operate an ATM, provide your bank account, or disclose your credit card information.
If you receive suspicious calls or messages claiming to be from “DOSIDO Customer Service” or “Store Representatives,” stating that your “order information is incorrect,” “payment failed,” or “a refund must be processed,” please be aware that these are common scam tactics. Do not respond or follow any instructions.

1. Stay Alert and Do Not Disclose Personal Information
If you receive a suspicious call:
.Do not provide any personal or financial details (such as your ID number, bank account, credit card number, or verification codes).
.Hang up immediately to avoid further communication.
.Call the official 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline of the Criminal Investigation Bureau to verify the information and ensure your safety.

2. DOSIDO Will Never Ask You to Operate an ATM
DOSIDO will never contact you by phone to inform you of “order setting errors,” “installment cancellation,” or “refund operations” that require you to use an ATM or perform any financial actions.
We will never request your banking information, credit card details, or other personal data over the phone.If you have any doubts, please contact DOSIDO Customer Service during office hours or call the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline for verification.

3. Do Not Follow Instructions to Use an ATM
If you receive suspicious calls or messages outside business hours, please do not follow any instructions to visit an ATM, financial institution, or online banking platform to perform transactions or account settings.DOSIDO will not make calls to members during evenings, weekends, or holidays regarding payment or transaction issues.If you receive any questionable calls, please contact our customer service team during business hours to confirm their authenticity.

4. Never Disclose Credit Card or Banking Details
Scammers often impersonate “customer service agents,” “bank staff,” or “law enforcement personnel,” asking you to provide your credit card number, bank account number, OTP verification code, or bank hotline information.Please do not share any financial data under any circumstances.

DOSIDO does not handle credit card authorization directly.
All payment data is encrypted by partner banks, and our system cannot access or charge your credit card.
You may rest assured that your payment information is safely protected.

5. Protect Your Account and Update Passwords Regularly
To prevent data breaches and ensure information security, we recommend the following:
Avoid logging into your account on public computers.Update your password and antivirus software regularly.Do not click on suspicious links or attachments from unknown emails, electronic greeting cards, or instant messaging apps.Maintaining safe online habits will help protect your data and prevent fraudulent activity.
