- 適用範圍 本政策適用於台灣本島與離島地區之配送服務。
跨境配送將依商品與目的地另行計算運費與條件。 - 配送方式與運費 超商取貨 7-ELEVEN / 全家(目前不提供取貨付款) 運費 NT$80,出貨後約 2–3 天可至指定門市取件。
若訂單商品數量較多、體積差異較大,或超過超商材積限制,我們將以「分箱配送」的方式寄出,不影響原有配送方式。每箱均會提供獨立的物流編號。
注意:超商取貨無法變更為宅配方式,因原訂單無收件地址。
宅配(新竹物流) 運費 NT$130,出貨後約 1–3 個工作天送達(不含例假日)。
若訂單包含大型商品(如窩墊、床類),僅提供宅配方式進行配送。商品件數較多,建議選擇宅配,以確保配送順暢並避免材積限制。 - 出貨時程與配送時間 現貨商品將於 1–3 個工作天內出貨(週一至週五,不含例假日)。
系統將於出貨後寄送「出貨通知」與物流追蹤編號。
節慶活動、物流高峰或不可抗力因素(颱風、地震)可能造成配送順延。
DOSIDO 的出貨作業日為週一至週五(不含國定例假日)。 - 分箱配送 為確保商品在運送過程中的完整性,若訂單包含多件商品、體積差異明顯,或超過單箱材積上限,我們將以分箱方式配送。
每個箱件具備獨立物流編號,到貨時間可能不同。此規範適用於所有配送方式(超商與宅配)。 - 超商尺寸限制 超商物流具固定材積限制,若超過將無法配送:
最長邊 ≤ 45cm,長+寬+高 ≤ 105cm,重量 ≤ 5kg
若訂單包含大型商品(如窩墊、床類),僅提供宅配方式進行配送。 - 超商取貨規範 包裹到店後將以簡訊通知,請於 7 日內完成取件。
收件人姓名須與證件一致。未取件或拒收累計達 3 次,帳號將無法再使用超商取貨。 - 離島配送 離島地區(澎湖、金門、馬祖)提供超商取貨與新竹物流宅配服務。
依物流通關與運能為準,配送時程可能因航班、船期或天候狀況而有所調整。
如遇不可抗力因素(天候、交通限制等),到貨時間可能延長,敬請理解。 - 配送限制 不配送至郵政信箱。若因地址錯誤、無法投遞或未取件造成二次配送,相關費用將由收件人負擔。

- Service Scope This policy applies to deliveries within Taiwan, including both the main island and outlying islands.
Cross-border shipments are calculated separately based on destination and product specifications. - Shipping Methods & Rates Convenience Store Pickup — 7-ELEVEN / FamilyMart (C.O.D. not available) Shipping fee NT$80. Parcels will arrive at the designated store approximately 2–3 days after dispatch.
If an order contains multiple items, large-size differences, or exceeds convenience store size limits, we may ship in multiple parcels without changing the original shipping method. Each parcel will have an individual tracking number.
Note: Convenience store pickup cannot be changed to home delivery afterward, as the original order does not contain a delivery address.
Home Delivery (HCT Logistics) Shipping fee NT$130. Delivery is expected within 1–3 business days after dispatch (excluding national holidays).
Orders containing large items (such as bedding or beds) can only be delivered via home delivery. For orders with large item counts, home delivery is recommended to ensure smooth shipment and avoid size limitations. - Processing & Delivery Time In-stock items will be dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays).
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent after dispatch.
Delivery may be delayed during holiday seasons, logistics peak periods, or due to force majeure (typhoons, earthquakes).
DOSIDO’s shipping operation days are Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays). - Multi-parcel Shipments To maintain product integrity during transit, orders containing multiple items, significant size differences, or exceeding single-parcel limits may be shipped in multiple parcels.
Each parcel will have an independent tracking number, and arrival times may differ. This rule applies to all shipping methods. - Convenience Store Restrictions Convenience store logistics follow fixed size limits:
(Longest side ≤ 45cm, L + W + H ≤ 105cm, Weight ≤ 5kg)
Orders containing large items (such as bedding or beds) will be delivered via home delivery only. - Store Pickup Rules A pickup SMS notification will be sent once the parcel arrives at the store. Please pick up within 7 days.
Recipient name must match the ID used at pickup. Accounts with three or more unclaimed or rejected parcels will no longer be able to use the convenience store pickup option. - Offshore Deliveries Outlying island regions (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu) support both convenience store pickup and HCT home delivery.
Delivery time may vary depending on logistics capacity, flight/ship schedules, and weather conditions. Delays may occur due to force majeure. - Delivery Limitations No delivery to P.O. Boxes. If redelivery is required due to incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed parcels, the additional cost will be borne by the recipient.
