購物須知
  1. 購物流程 將商品加入購物車 → 前往結帳 → 登入/註冊會員 → 選擇付款方式 → 確認收件資料 → 完成結帳並產生訂單編號。
    ※ 商品僅於「完成結帳」後才會保留庫存;加入購物車不等於保留。
  2. 庫存與缺貨 DOSIDO 商品多為限量生產;若遇缺貨,將依「完成付款時間」排序出貨。
    訂單成立後如遇缺貨,我們會主動通知並協助調整或取消退款。
  3. 商品顏色與圖片 因螢幕顯示設定與拍攝光線差異,商品顏色可能略有色差,請以實品為準。
  4. 付款方式 支援 LINE Pay、信用卡付款(VISA/MasterCard/JCB)、Apple Pay。
  5. 訂單與優惠規則 每筆訂單獨立計算,運費與組合優惠不合併。
    現貨與預購因到貨時間不同,系統將分別結帳;優惠與運費亦分開計算。
    部分特價/官網限定商品與配件,不適用折扣碼或抵用券(以頁面標示為準)。
  6. 取貨方式與限制 提供 7-ELEVEN/全家 超商取貨與宅配到府;完整規範請見〈運送政策〉。
    ※ 超商取貨若出貨後 7 日內未領取或拒收達 3 次,將無法再使用超商取貨。
  7. 優惠券使用 優惠券一經使用恕不歸還;因瑕疵或缺貨取消者不在此限。
    辦理部分退貨時,系統將依商品金額比例重新計算折抵;整筆退貨則優惠券不再返還。
  8. 發票 訂單完成後將開立電子發票寄至註冊 Email,並上傳至財政部電子發票平台;發票一經開立不得更改或重開,亦不補發正本。
  9. 帳號使用規範 若帳號有經常性退貨、退回不完整、或違反購物規則等情形,DOSIDO 得保留列入黑名單及停止服務之權利。
  10. 退換貨與配送 寵物用品屬接觸性商品,為衛生考量一經拆封恕不接受退換。

  1. Shopping Process Add items to cart → Proceed to checkout → Log in / Register → Choose payment method → Confirm shipping info → Complete checkout to generate order number.
    ※ Items are only reserved after checkout is completed. Adding to cart does not hold stock.
  2. Stock & Out-of-Stock Items DOSIDO products are mostly limited edition. If out of stock, orders are fulfilled based on payment completion time.
    If an item is unavailable after ordering, we will notify you to adjust or cancel for a refund.
  3. Product Colors & Images Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. Please refer to the physical product.
  4. Payment Methods Supports LINE Pay, Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard/JCB), Apple Pay.
  5. Order & Promotion Rules Each order is calculated independently; shipping and bundled offers cannot be combined.
    In-stock and pre-order items are checked out separately due to different arrival times; shipping and discounts are also calculated separately.
    Some sale/exclusive items and accessories are not eligible for discount codes (as marked on the page).
  6. Delivery Methods & Restrictions Offers 7-ELEVEN/FamilyMart pickup and home delivery. See Shipping Policy for details.
    ※ If store pickup is not collected within 7 days or refused 3 times, this service will be disabled for your account.
  7. Coupon Usage Coupons cannot be restored once used, except for cancellations due to defects or stockouts.
    For partial returns, the discount is recalculated proportionally; for full returns, the coupon is not returned.
  8. Invoices An e-invoice will be emailed after order completion and uploaded to the Ministry of Finance platform. Once issued, invoices cannot be changed, reissued, or provided as paper originals.
  9. Account Policy DOSIDO reserves the right to blacklist and stop service for accounts with frequent returns, incomplete returns, or violations of shopping rules.
  10. Returns & Shipping For hygiene reasons, pet contact items cannot be returned once opened.
