- 退換貨適用條件 寵物用品屬於接觸性商品,為避免傳染風險,以下商品一經拆封恕不退換:
寵物床具、項圈、胸背帶、牽繩、玩具、衣物等接觸性商品。
退換貨商品須保持 完整、全新、未拆封 狀態,並附上發票、商品本體、配件及贈品。若商品經拆封、使用、或包裝損毀,恕無法受理退貨。 - 退貨流程 若收到商品有瑕疵或出貨錯誤,請於收到後 七日內 聯繫客服信箱:dosidolab@elisongroup.com
請提供「訂單編號、聯絡資訊、商品照片與商品狀況」,我們將儘速協助後續退貨或換貨流程。
每筆訂單僅能申請一次退換貨,並須於期限內完成寄回。

- Return & Exchange Eligibility Pet products are classified as hygiene-sensitive items. To prevent cross-contamination risks, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:
pet beds, collars, harnesses, leashes, toys, apparel, and any other contact-based items.
Returned items must remain complete, brand-new, and unopened, and must include the original invoice, product, accessories, and any gifts. If the product has been opened, used, or if the packaging is damaged, we are unable to accept a return request. - Return Procedure If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order at: dosidolab@elisongroup.com
Please provide your order number, contact information, photos, and a brief description of the issue. We will assist you promptly with the return or exchange process.
Each order may only be returned or exchanged once, and all returns must be completed within the specified timeframe.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and the process may take approximately 7–14 business days. - Important Notes • The product’s packaging is considered part of the item. Missing, damaged, or soiled packaging may affect return eligibility.
• Please do not attach return labels directly to the product box. Use an external protective bag or carton for shipping.
• The online store and physical stores operate on separate systems; therefore, cross-channel returns are not accepted.
