DOSIDO Membership
不需要！只要註冊或完成任一筆消費，即可成為 Hello 會員，享有基本會員權益。
可以。於一年內達成以下任一條件即可升級：
• Partner：累積消費滿 NT$10,000
• Soulmate：累積消費滿 NT$25,000
升等後等級立即生效，下一筆訂單即可享有新權益。
Partner / Soulmate 的有效期限均為一年（從升等日算起）。
到期前需達成以下續會條件：
• Partner：一年累積消費達 NT$10,000
• Soulmate：一年累積消費達 NT$25,000
未達成續會條件，會員等級將調整為相應級別。
以「最近一年內的累積消費」為基準。
例如若訂單成立日為 2025/5/1，計算期間為 2024/5/1–2025/5/1。
依會員等級不同，消費滿 NT$100 可獲得點數。
• Partner：2 點
• Soulmate：3 點
點數將於訂單成立後自動累積。
1 點等於 NT$1，可於結帳時折抵金額，每筆訂單最多可折抵總金額的 70%。
點數限本人使用，不可轉讓或兌現，折扣商品與活動商品無法使用點數折抵。
有。所有點數將於隔年 12/31 到期。例如 2025 年獲得的點數，將於 2026/12/31 到期。
會。退貨後將扣回該筆訂單獲得的點數。若因此影響升等資格，會員等級也會同步調整。
生日當月系統會自動發送生日購物金至你的會員帳戶，生日禮有效期限為 30 天，限本人使用且不可轉讓或兌現。
將不定期提供限量贈品、會員限定活動、優先購買權與其他期間限定驚喜，以 DOSIDO 官網或官方社群公告為主。
請登入 DOSIDO 官網「會員中心」，即可查看會員等級、點數與到期日。
目前官網與實體櫃點為獨立系統，點數與會員資格不共用。

No. Simply register or complete any purchase to become a Hello Member and enjoy basic membership benefits.
Yes. You can upgrade within one year by meeting either requirement:
• Partner: Accumulated spending of NT$10,000
• Soulmate: Accumulated spending of NT$25,000
Your new tier will take effect immediately upon upgrade, and benefits apply to your next purchase.
Partner and Soulmate tiers are valid for one year from the upgrade date.
To maintain your tier, you must meet the following renewal requirements before expiration:
• Partner: NT$10,000 accumulated spending within the year
• Soulmate: NT$25,000 accumulated spending within the year
If the requirement is not met, the tier will adjust accordingly.
Tier spending is based on the most recent 12 months.
For example, if your order date is 2025/5/1, the calculation period is 2024/5/1–2025/5/1.
Points are earned based on your membership tier.
For every NT$100 spent:
• Partner: 2 points
• Soulmate: 3 points
Points are automatically added after an order is confirmed.
1 point = NT$1, applicable at checkout.
Up to 70% of the total order amount may be paid with points.
Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points cannot be used on discounted or promotional items.
Yes. All points expire on December 31 of the following year. For example, points earned in 2025 will expire on 2026/12/31.
Yes. Points earned from the returned order will be deducted. If this affects your upgrade eligibility, your membership tier may be adjusted accordingly.
A birthday shopping credit will be issued automatically to your account during your birthday month. The birthday reward is valid for 30 days and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Members may receive limited-edition gifts, exclusive activities, early access to new products, and other seasonal privileges. Details will be announced on the DOSIDO website or official social media channels.
Log in to your DOSIDO account and visit the “Member Center” to view your tier status, accumulated points, and expiration dates.
Currently, the website and physical stores operate separate membership systems. Points and tier status do not sync between the two.
No. Simply log in to your DOSIDO account to access all membership privileges.
